Where are you based?


Zaryluq is based from the great lion city, Singapore since 2017.




How do i return my my unwated or faulty items?


As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules as mentioned in SHIPPING & RETURNS page. All returns request must be made within 7 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.




When will I get my package?


LOCAL DELIVERY
Upon payment confirmation, all local delivery will be made within 3-5 working days. We depend on internal delivery team for all local shipments.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Upon payment confirmation, all international delivery will be made within 7-14 working days. Depends on external courier party (Fedex), we are not in control of the shipment. The fee are liable to the customer and Zaryluq will not be responsible for any lost packages or additional fees.
