SHIPPING & RETURNS
Local Delivery is FREE.
Upon payment confirmation, all delivery will be made within 3-5 working days. We depend on internal delivery team for all local shipments. We are always trying our best to ensure your goods arrive as soon as possible, we understand but we will have to take consideration of our driver's schedules and slots.
If you are looking for urgent local delivery after purchase, please call us at 6291 9127, a $10 delivery fee will be charged to you and must be immediate paynow/transfer to be valid for the express delivery.
Express delivery will only be available for order through Direct Message in Facebook or Instagram and on our website. For purchases made through external party (i.e: Zalora) we are not in control of fast delivery.
International Delivery Fee is based on distance and weight of item.
Upon payment confirmation, all international delivery will be made within 7-14 working days. Depends on external courier party (Fedex), we are not able to control the delivery date but we try our best to send it to you as soon as we can.
There are express delivery for international shipment, but fees are different. We will be contacting the external courier party (Fedex) on their quotation and sharing the fee with you. The fee are liable to the customer and Zaryluq will not be responsible for any lost packages or additional fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which includes rules around fair use.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 7 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.
For all returns, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.
Faulty Item OR Incorrect Item
We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item.
Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will gladly help you further.
Worn your favourite item one too many times? Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full.
Please note that we are unable to send replacements for faulty items.
